After thinking about this for a while I'm gonna have to go with the Alf family for these reasons.
1. You have a fricking alien living with you! 2. Hot older sister, compared to whiney young tanner daughters, all being way to young during a majority of the show. 3. better catch phrases, c'mon whats cool "no problem!" or "how rude!"? yeah thats what I thought. 4. Not having to live under the nazi regime that danny tanner made the household follow on full house. 5. spacecraft in your garage! 6. annoying neighbors never stayed long, cause they had to get them to leave, unlike gibbler who'd never leave, or stephanies duck face friend. 7. alf eats cats 8. alf less likely to leave hair around compared to uncle jesse. 9. alf was funnier than anyone on full house. 10. HE'S AN ALIEN!!!!!!

2. They didn't have a cat unlike ALF.
3. Uncle Jesse could teach me how to play guitar and be cool.
4. ALF dad was an alcoholic and has several DUIs.
ALF arguements: 1. Full House's dog was lame and ALF was pro-eating cats.
2. Full House promoted mullets.
3. They had an alien living there. How cool is that?
4. Stephanie of Full House grew up to have a nasty meth habit.
Overall, I think living in the ALF house would annoy me a lot less than Full House.
