If they give you bad news, let me know. My fiance is a computer geek and would be willing to look at it for you. He recently fixed a friend's computer that GeekSquad screwed up pretty badly.
thanks for the offer. we didn't have a choice other than erasing the hard drive and starting from scratch since it was Windows that was crupt.
