Groundhog's Day was also my last day of Kindergarten so I decided to bake up some cupcakes and decorate them to semi-resemble groundhogs. The kids loved them, and said they tasted good. I took ALL the extra and put them in the teachers lounge and handed them out to the office staff and principal, everyone thought they were so cute and thanked me. It was a nice last day. :)

those are awesome!!!!! i totally think we should start having parties for gh day. i might just steal your idea and make some of these for everyone at work next year!

yep, nilla wafer ears, m&m eyes, and mini marshmellow teeth. vanilla cupcakes with milk chocolate frosting.

yes 56. there are two classes of 20 plus the AM teacher so I figured I would just make 3 boxes. That resulted in 56 critters. :)
if you squint they kinda look like Billy Bob Thorton...
